Contemporary town garden
This pristine contemporary garden created several challenges during construction. All materials had to be carefully transported through a side access only 650mm wide, except the Amelanchier trees, which had a root ball of 800mm each. These had to be manoeuvred in separately, as crane positioning was not possible due to a tree at the front of the house. Instead, the first floor windows were removed and scaffolding ramps erected in the rear so that the trees could be transported through the house. Gardenlink also managed the construction of the garden pavilion and liaised with the conservation officer.
