Dining terrace

The garden of this London town house backed onto a beautiful communal garden but lacked usable space itself. The new design required excavating the area to its greatest possible extent whilst still allowing access from the floors above. Access restrictions meant that machines could not be used, so all 145 tonnes were dug by hand. The redesign has created a stunning area for entertaining and dining.
