Sussex Heritage Trust Award 2025

We are thrilled to share the successful completion of a remarkable project at Paddock House, located in the charming coastal village of Itchenor. Here we worked alongside James Lee from James Lee Garden Design to bring his hard landscaping vision to life, this outdoor space has been completely reimagined so that it perfectly complements the newly redeveloped striking home, which once stood as a 1960’s bungalow.

We're especially proud to announce that Paddock House has been recognised by the Sussex Heritage Trust and has won their 2025 Award for ‘Small Scale Residential: New Build ‘ sponsored by Irwin Mitchell.

This project stands as a testament to the power of collaboration between skilled tradespeople, visionary designers, and committed homeowners. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our landscaping work contribute to a home that is not only visually stunning but also officially recognised for its excellence.
